My Story

I'm Michael Garcia, but most people just call me Mike. I've helped hundreds of families across Florida buy their first home, and every single one started the same way: a real conversation.

I don't jump straight into rates and loan products. I try to figure out where you are in your life. There's more to people than a credit score. Maybe you're not sure if you can afford to buy right now. Maybe you've been told no by another lender and don't know what to do next. Maybe you just have a few questions that aren't so easy to find on Google or ChatGPT.

I get it. I was there.

First-generation homeownership runs in my family. I know what it feels like when buying a home isn't just a goal, it's everything. That's why I take the time to look at your full picture, your income, your debts, your savings, your goals, and tell you the truth about where you stand. From there, we build a game plan that works for your life.

I work with first-time buyers who think they can't afford a home. I work with self-employed borrowers who have been told no because their tax returns don't tell the whole story. I work with investors building rental portfolios. And I work with homeowners who want to tap into their equity to pay off debt or fund what matters.

I'm a UCF graduate, born and raised in Central Florida. When I'm not running numbers, I'm probably grilling something, flying my drone, or having a meltdown watching my Chicago Bears or Cubs. Dad, husband, and a proud Florida neighbor.
