My Story

I'm Michael Garcia, but most people call me Mortgage Mike. I've helped hundreds of families across Florida buy their first home, and every single one started the same way: a conversation about their numbers.

That's what I do. We look at your full picture, income, debts, credit, savings, and I tell you exactly where you stand. Not where I wish you were, not some best-case scenario. The truth. From there, we build a game plan that actually works for your life.

I got into this business because homeownership changed my family's life. First-generation homeownership runs in my family, so I understand what this means. It's not just a transaction. For a lot of the families I work with, it's everything.

I'm a UCF graduate, born and raised in Central Florida. When I'm not running numbers, I'm probably grilling something, flying my drone, or having a meltdown watching my Chicago Bears or Cubs. Dad, husband, and a proud Florida neighbor.
